Peachtree City, GA is the largest city of Fayette County, Georgia, United States. Census estimates in 2010 indicated a population of 34,364. In 2007, the City of Peachtree City, GA announced a plan to formally annex an unincorporated area between Georgia State Route 74 and the border with Coweta County that is commonly referred to as "The West Village," or "Wilksmoor Village."

There were 10,876 households out of which 47.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.8% were married couples living together, 8.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.4% were non-families. 16.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.89 and the average family size was 3.25. In the city of Peachtree City, GA, the population was spread out with 31.6% under the age of 18, 5.8% from 18 to 24, 28.5% from 25 to 44, 26.2% from 45 to 64, and 8.0% who were 65 years of age or older.
